Andreece greets each client need with eagerness, openness and empathy critical to achieving their goals. She recognizes the wealth of resources available and has a genuine desire to understand and address their unique circumstances.

Committed to building connections and fostering a sense of community, Andreece initiates and nurtures relationships with intentionality. She believes that serving clients requires more than knowledge; it demands dedication and presence to remove barriers and fulfill their vision.

Andreece attended Metropolitan State University and Portland State University, where she studied Organizational and Developmental Psychology. She is an active member of Umpqua’s BIPOC and Women’s Resource Groups and the NAACP of Vancouver/Portland. The list of community organizations she’s involved with includes Klineline Kids Fishing, Oregon Humane Society and Humane Society for Southwest Washington, Children’s Center, the Foundation for Vancouver Public Schools and more.
