Jacob brings over nine years of real estate and mortgage experience to Columbia Trust Company. Starting his career as an Account Manager for a residential VA loan company, Jacob helped United States veterans achieve their dream of home ownership. Jacob also gained extensive knowledge servicing large securitized and non-securitized commercial loan portfolios from the largest special servicer in the country, including portfolios through HUD and GMNA. Now, as a Trust Real Estate Specialist for the past two years, Jacob has ensured that all real estate assets under Columbia Trust Company have provided capital growth while mitigating risk. His knowledge and expertise of the real estate industry provide Columbia Trust Company with the ability to constantly create value for our clients. Jacob is a graduate of the University of Kansas and holds the Accredited Residential Manager® Certification from IREM.
