He supports the communities he serves through several board roles, including Past President of The Sacramento Children’s Home, Chairman of The California State Railroad Museum Foundation and Treasurer of the Sierra Oaks Neighborhood Association. Todd is a graduate of California State University Sacramento and holds a Certified Exit Planning Advisor designation from the Exit Planning Institute.
